Due to the ongoing issues with SpO2 cables, they have been replaced with a new DB9 connector.
Physio recommends the following and I request we all take on rigor around these $500 cables:
1. Do not ball up the cable as pictured below. Leave the cable plugged into the monitor.
2. With the cable left plugged in to the monitor, gently fold the cable into long loops.
3. Gently tuck the SpO2 cable into the net/holder
We are still waiting for disposable SpO2 probes that are compatible.
